- Add pepper, chopped herbs and breast to the onion with garlic. Fry for 20 minutes at maximum heat to fully cook the meat.
- Add mushrooms, salt and pepper.
- Fry all the ingredients until all the moisture from the mushrooms evaporates.
- After that, add the cream.
Important! Given that the cream is quite thick, add a little water during cooking. If you stew them with all the products, as recommended, for 10 minutes, they will thicken even more, which will not allow you to thoroughly stir the dish.

- Remove all seeds from the pepper and cut into rings.
- Heat the pan over high heat and add olive oil.
- Place chicken fillet on it and fry on each side for 3-5 minutes.
- Remove the meat from the pan, pour a little more vegetable oil and pass the onions for 7 minutes.
- Add pepper to the onion. Mix and fry thoroughly for 5 minutes.
- Add chopped garlic cloves and mushrooms. Fry for at least 10 minutes for the champignons to have a golden hue. So that they do not burn, make the fire a little smaller.
- Pour in the cream (preferably 25%) and keep on fire for 5 minutes.
- Pour green onions and bring all the ingredients to a boil. Add salt and other spices (optional).
- Preheat the oven. Put the breast on a baking sheet and pour over the cooked mushroom sauce.
- Cover the meat with gravy foil and place in the oven for 40 minutes. Bake at a temperature of + 170 ° C.
