According to legend, the first guacamole sauce was prepared many centuries ago by Aztec culinary specialists. Guacamole is a combination of tender avocado pulp with hot spices and piquant spices. And, fortunately, preparing this extravaganza of taste is very easy and fast!
The main thing is to remember that for guacamole you need to choose the highest quality and ripe avocado fruits in the market or in the store. Otherwise, you will not succeed in guacamole, but, with luck, its miserable parody.

Sauce making technology
And now, in fact, the recipe for the so-called “basic” guacamole using classical technology! Making a dish will take you about 5-10 minutes, if in front of you on the table are the following ingredients:
- 3 avocados;
- 3 tbsp lemon juice;
- 1 tsp ground black pepper;
- 1.5 tsp seasonings of asafoetida;
- 1 tsp (without slide) salt.
Wash and thoroughly wipe the avocado, cut it in half lengthwise. We turn both halves in opposite directions, separate and take out a bone.
Using a spoon, select the pulp of the fetus from the “boats” of the peel and spread it into a deep container. Pour with lemon juice and knead with a fork or crush, season with salt, pepper and asafoetida. Mix until smooth.
