It is best to supply raw materials that have been stored for a minimum of 2 months and a maximum of up to 1 year. Recipes for making moonshine without yeast and wild yeast
The main requirement during the preparation of moonshine from wheat is to strictly adhere to all proportions in the recipe and technology for the manufacture of an alcoholic beverage. Deviations can lead to unexpected and negative results. Among the great variety, the most common recipes for harvesting mash and its fermentation should be noted: sugar free, with sugar, wild yeast.
With sugar

- Pour 1 kg of wheat into a plastic container, level it, pour water on top so that it covers the grain layer by 2 cm.
- To germinate the grains, the container must be covered with a lid and placed in a dark place for 1-2 days, stirring occasionally to prevent the grains from souring.
- When the sprouts appeared, it is necessary to make the leaven: mix the sprouted wheat with 0.5 kg of sugar.
- Cover the leavened container with gauze or a lid and set for 10 days, stirring the mixture twice a day.
- After this, pour the contents into a fermentation bowl, add the remaining wheat and sugar, pour warm water, mix.
- Cover the container tightly, install a water seal and leave to roam in a warm place for 1-3 weeks.
- When the fermentation stops, strain the mash through cheesecloth and overtake the moonshine.
- Double distillation is recommended.
- The resulting distillate is diluted with water at its discretion and insisted for several days.
Important! It is not recommended to store moonshine in plastic bottles or do it for a short time.

- Pour wheat into a large fermentation tank, add water and rinse thoroughly a couple of times, while removing all the floating debris.
- Washed grains, pour a few centimeters with clear water on top, cover loosely, leave for one day.
- The next day, add 1 kg of sugar to wheat, mix thoroughly, transfer for 3-5 days to a dark place for the formation of yeast.
- After a day (when fermentation started) pour sugar syrup from 3.5 kg of sugar and 14-15 liters of water (1 to 4 hydraulic unit) into the mixture, mix everything thoroughly, cover with a lid with a water seal on top and hide in the heat overnight.
- After fermentation ends, open the container, pour the mash into the distillation tank, overtake 2 times.
- Wheat ferment can still be applied up to three times.
