The other day, Marat Akhmetov, head of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, met with representatives of the Iranian delegation.
Mohammadrez Zonuzi Motlak, who is the founder and head of the Daric Investment Group, a large investment fund, headed the working group of visitors from Iran.
Based on the information shared by representatives of the public relations department at the republican Ministry of Agriculture, during the meeting, representatives of Iran and Tatarstan discussed the stages of joint work in the process of building a unique and large-scale wholesale and distribution hub for agricultural and farm food.
It is known that the construction of the center starts on the territory of the Mamadysh district of the Republic of Tatarstan. This location was of interest to Iranian investors and their Russian partners, primarily due to the fact that the area is located close to major cities and commercial and industrial facilities.
In particular, Kazan, Nizhnekamsk, Izhevsk, Bugulma, the embankments of Chelny, Ufa, Elabuga, Almetyevsk and others are located at almost equidistant distances. At least fifteen million people live in a radius of four hundred kilometers from the future hub, which will become the main consumers of products from wholesale distribution center.
Iran's task is to invest. The task of the Republic of Tatarstan is to provide investors with infrastructure. It is noteworthy that in the near future, business partners from Iran and Russia will discuss the prospects for the development of joint work in the field of farm animal breeding and the development of a dairy goat farm.
