Sweets can and should be useful - convinced Oksana Shibetskaya, director of Goluba Sweets LLC. Products are made only from quality ingredients, so sweets are safe even for small children.

Today in the company's assortment: marmalade, whipped candies, combined candies, soon it will be possible to try liquor candies, toffee and fruit and berry candies in chocolate.

Goluba Sweets LLC products are healthy and natural. Marmalade has berry and fruit puree, for example, 13% cherries and 10% apples. It is cast in silicone molds, using agar. This is the know-how for classic marmalade making. Due to the high content of the berry component, the amount of sugar decreases and, as a result, calorie content.

“We have set a high standard for product quality and safety,” says the director of the company. The company has its own orchards, where it grows and harvests fruits for use in the manufacture of sweets. Fruit raw materials are stored in a state of shock freezing in large cold stores.

Sweets are covered with a chocolate couverture, in which 73% of cocoa products, more than 40% are cocoa butter. This is a very high rate. Oksana Shibetskaya admits that the products also contain dyes, but they are natural and are presented in a very small dose.

Candies ТМ Goluba Sweets are presented in Vinnitsa, Zhytomyr, Khmelnitsky, Dnipro and Kherson. The company is also negotiating with European countries. The company is trying to work with national chains of large supermarkets, but they still do not understand the features of natural products, for them it is expensive.

Our products are of high quality and average price. I believe that in Ukraine every family can buy good sweets and I am convinced: “it’s better to eat less, but better,” Oksana summarizes.
