Breeders of the Stavropol Territory received another reason for pride. According to the latest data from analysts of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, the share of Stavropol meat in Russian meat exports today is about forty percent.
In particular, a high part of the export of Stavropol lamb is as much as 25% of the total mass. Such information was shared by the head of the Russian Ministry of Agriculture of the Stavropol Territory Vladimir Sitnikov.
He also noted that today the region entrusted to him exports over two hundred thousand sheep to the Iranian market. However, the Stavropol butchers do not intend to dwell on Iran alone and are preparing to supply high-quality products to other countries of the near and far abroad. It is noted that purchasers of several states are looking forward to Russian mutton.It will not be superfluous to note that increasing the export opportunities of the Stavropol Territory also largely depends on the implementation of the investment program of the Damate holding.
