Among a huge variety of appetizers, a salad of chicken breast, mushrooms and cheese is very popular as a festive and everyday dish. Selection and preparation of ingredients
To prepare snacks, you must prepare the necessary products. Pour the breast in cold water, put on the stove, after boiling, lightly salt and cook until tender for 30 minutes. Hard-boiled chicken eggs: rinse, pour cold water, put on medium heat and cook for another 10-12 minutes after boiling.
After this, you need to transfer the eggs to cold water and let them cool, clear of shells. You can use mayonnaise bought at the store, or make it yourself. Cheese should choose hard varieties. Mushrooms can be used both canned and pre-pickled fresh champignons.
Important! When preparing chicken, it should be borne in mind that during heat treatment, meat has the property of boiling: boiled fillet will weigh 30% less than raw.
To cook pickled mushrooms, you should:
- boil 2 liters of water, add peppercorns, salt and sugar, 2 tbsp. l., bay leaf;
- wait for boiling and pour 150-200 ml of vinegar;
- pour 1.5 kg of mushrooms into boiled water again;
- After boiling over low heat, cook for at least 60 minutes, until the mushrooms let the juice out and turn yellow.
Such mushrooms can be eaten or canned.

Nutritional value per 100 g:
- Cut the boiled chicken, cheese and eggs into small cubes.
- Remove the champignons from the marinade and cut into slices.
- Chop the onion. If green feathers are used in the recipe, simply cut into small pieces. Onions previously recommended to soak in 30 g of vinegar, also cut into small cubes.
- Pour all products into a bowl, salt, pepper to taste. Add mayonnaise and mix.
- Put the appetizer on a dish or arrange in salad bowls.
