Ways to cook turkey with mushrooms and cream
There are many variations of the turkey recipe with mushrooms, but the most common ones are with wine, cheese and spicy sauce. You can also cook meatballs as a more home-made version of the dish.
With wine

- Cut the turkey into pieces, 1 cm thick.
- Peel the garlic and chop finely. Grate them every slice of turkey, salt and pepper.
- Fry the meat in olive oil until tender, 5-7 minutes over medium heat.
- Transfer the finished turkey to a plate and leave it warm.
- Meanwhile, pour all the white wine into the pan and bring to a boil, boil a little.
- Send cream, mustard, salt and pepper to taste there. Cook over low heat until thick, 8-10 minutes.
- Peel and chop the mushrooms. Fry them in olive oil with garlic, 5-10 minutes.
- Add mushrooms to the sauce, warm everything together for 3-5 minutes.
- Boil vermicelli and combine with creamy sauce and mushrooms.
- Cut ready turkey meat into pieces. Put the pasta on a plate, top the fillet, pour the sauce.

- Meanwhile, chop the mushrooms and add them to the onion, peel and rub the garlic.
- Put the meat in a plate. Add a little oil to the pan, a spoonful of flour and fry.
- Pour a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, half a tablespoon of mustard.
- Remove the mushrooms from the fire and combine everything together.
- Pour the meat into a pan with sauce, and send the champignons there.
- Add all the spices and pour in the cream.
- Stir and let it boil for 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat.
