- Peel, wash, chop the potatoes.
- Peel the onion, cut into half rings.
- Heat the melted butter in a frying pan, put the potatoes, fry over low heat until half cooked.
- After, add onions and mushrooms, salt, pepper, and fry for another 15 minutes.
- Pour potatoes in portions, garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
Important! In order for fruit bodies to retain aroma after the freezer, they must be defrosted in stages. First put in the refrigerator, and then at room temperature.

- Finely chop the onion, fry in ghee until transparent.

- Meanwhile, pass the onions and carrots in vegetable oil.
