Selection and preparation of ingredients
Any edible mushrooms are suitable for freezing. Before preparing them, you need to familiarize yourself with some rules:
- Mushrooms should be fresh. Before freezing, they should be cleaned from the ground. You can also wash them, but not soak them in water, as they can absorb a lot of water.
- It is optimal to freeze the whole fruit. To do this, they are laid out on a horizontal surface and sent to the freezer for several hours, after which they are poured into a bag with a zip fastener. The stronger and more resilient the product, the more aesthetic it will look after defrosting.
