A month later, from April 17 to 19, 2019, the leading manufacturers of gastronomic goods from different parts of the country will gather in the Northern capital of the Russian Federation. They will gather at the ExpoForum exhibition center to join in a large-scale event - the InterFood St. Petersburg exhibition, dedicated to food and drinks.

Among the many sections of the exhibition stands out the sector "Meat and sausages." Under this section, the exhibition organizers intend to hold a competition. Domestic manufacturers of sausage delicacies will compete in it, and the honorary commission will choose the best producer among them.

At the moment, it is known that more than 35 samples of various sausage products will be presented to the jury. They will be appreciated and awarded in eight categories.

It will not be superfluous to note that those participants who arrive at the InterFood St. Petersburg exhibition from Moscow can expect half of all the costs that went to participate in the exhibition to be returned. Material assistance will be provided to those manufacturers who are listed as Moscow taxpayers. The volume of such subsidies, according to the organizers, will cover 50% of the costs of participants, but cannot exceed more than 350 thousand rubles.
