According to Alla Pogozheva, who is an expert at the center, today the residents of the Russian Federation place an enormous emphasis on sugar, actively adding it as a seasoning not only to their daily menu, but also to the food of their children.
As a result, the current younger generation of the country receives five times more sugar than is permissible.
In addition, instead of focusing on wholesome healthy food, Russians are eagerly leaning on flour. But this, says Pogozheva, is useless calories that transform into fat and overweight.
It is enough to abandon the abundance of flour products, sweets and pastries, but at the same time “press” milk, cheeses, cottage cheese, fish dishes, poultry products, low-fat beef, beans and whole grains. After all, this is what products should become the basis of the daily diet of Russians who want to adhere to proper nutrition.
“Refuse sausages and sausages, replacing them with chicken or offal. Pay attention to the fish, and not necessarily red! - emphasizes Alla Pogozheva. - After all, there are mackerel, hake, herring, which are cheaper than pink salmon and salmon, but no less useful.
Do not feed the children sweet cottage cheese desserts from the shops, but cook them homemade yogurt or buy farm cottage cheese and decorate it with seasonal fruits. All this will help you and your offspring become healthier! ”
