On the territory of the Spassky district of the Republic of Tatarstan the other day, a slaughterhouse for farm animals was commissioned.
It is reported that the new workshop was located on the expanses of the village of Three Lakes. According to the organizers of the construction, representatives of the Bulgar Halal company, the capacity of the innovation facility is at least thirty heads of cattle and fifty heads of small cattle per shift.
According to the administration of the workshop, they accept raw materials for slaughter both from the population of Tatarstan and from republican farmers.
It will not be amiss to note that about thirty million rubles were invested in the implementation of the project on the construction, equipment and staffing of the staff of the new workshop.
It should be added that over two hundred thousand tons of meat of farm animals and poultry were produced on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan from January 1 to July 1, 2019. This indicator is two percent higher than the volume of products recorded in the same period of the previous 2018 year.
Among the obvious leaders in production, we can single out the butchers of the Tukaevsky district, who together managed to produce and put on the market at least a third of the total meat production in Tatarstan, which is about sixty-nine and a half thousand tons.
