In the Republic of Udmurtia, a real belly festival is currently taking place - residents of the region are actively leaning on meat and dough as part of the festival "World Dumpling Day".
This gastronomic event has been held in Udmurtia every year for the past five years, gathering at the thematic venues of the region skilled dumplings makers and talented culinary specialists who treat guests of the festival with fragrant and hot delicacies with different fillings. The festival aims to promote the development of the Udmurt dumplings regional brand and form an opinion among the public that this particular region is the true homeland of dumplings.

We add that in 2018 during a similar festival, about 9 tons of dumplings were sold. Annually, more than twenty dumplings manufacturers from all over the republic take part in the festival.
